After some tweaking in After Effects I've come up with a nice preset for testing DMD animations for our project. The presets converts any movie/animation tot a 128x32 grid with 8 (will be 16) brightness levels. After some live testing I will tweak this preset until the previews in AE will be the same as on the DMD. This way we're able to preview animations without loading them into the P-ROC every time.
